Accounts
You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental permission.
- Keep your password confidential and use strong, unique credentials.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Do not sell, transfer, or share your account with others.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely by our providers. Refunds may be issued within a limited window if you have not completed a significant portion of the course.
Pricing and taxes: All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your billing address.
- Billing authorization: By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes.
- Refund window: Unless otherwise stated on the course page, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
- Chargebacks: Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Promotions: Discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized sharing of course materials
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
- Respect other learners and instructors
- Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Do not use bots to scrape or harvest content without written permission
- Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials
We may monitor usage for security and compliance, consistent with our privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
License & Intellectual Property
When you enroll, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms.
- All rights in and to the platform, trademarks, and course content are owned by Lowfield Audio or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without permission.
User Content
You may post comments, assignments, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
- By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with the Acceptable Use section.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for behavior that risks harm to the platform or community. You may delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your license to access course content ends, except where continued access is required by law or a specific course promise explicitly states otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowfield Audio and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply to the extent permitted.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes should be raised with support first for an amicable resolution.
Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
